Required Materials:
- OEM Oil filter
- 5 – 8 quarts of 5W-30 motor oil
- Jack and jack stands
- 13-millimeter socket
- Oil drain pan
Performing the oil change:
- Park the Chevrolet Equinox on leveled ground.
- Open the hood and locate the oil cap. Remove the oil cap and store it safely.
